Spiritual Mentors

YOU WILL HAVE PERSONAL ACCESS TO SPIRITUAL MENTORING ONCE A MONTH

A Spiritual Mentor is formed to:

Pray for the mentee - Listen to God and to be directed by the Holy Spirit - Meditate daily on the Word of God - Protect confidentiality - Teach the mentee how to prepare for the Sacrament of Reconciliation - Teach the mentee how to prepare for and receive the Eucharist and the value of thanksgiving after Mass - Share the teachings of the Church on faith and morals - Teach how to make decisions and choices according to the Church’s tradition and morals - Grow in the virtues - Help the mentee formulate a rule of life - Support the mentee in his or her state of life and vocation - Console the mentee in difficult or challenging times - Hold the mentee accountable for suggestions given.

Under the inspiration and guidance of Archbishop Naumann the Catholic Spiritual Mentorship Program has been forming and training Spiritual Mentors since 2013. If this is something you are interested in receiving, we will help you navigate the process.
