Apparitions of Mary

The root problem in the world is that man has forgotten God and turned away from him.
To save us from self-destruction, Mary the Mother of God has been appearing with a greater frequency and urgency, to remind us that God is real and life and peace are found only in a relationship with Him.
1830 Mary appeared in Paris to St. Catherine Laboure, revealing the Miraculous Medal
Then she appeared in 1846 in LaSalatte, France
1858 in Lourdes

1981-83 Kibeho, Rwanda, where Our Lady begged the people of Rwanda for prayer, conversion and peace. To Alphonsine one of the visionaries of Kibeho, Mary commanded her to say to the people of earth three times:

Yes Mother, I’m telling them you say that you saw the world in a bad state and you came to save us, but we refused to listen. Yes I will continue to tell them. You want me to ask them three times:

In 1917 Mary appeared to three children in Fatima Portugal over six consecutive months culminating with the miracle of the sun witnessed by more than 70,000 people.
You have seen hell where the souls of poor sinners go. To save them, God wishes to establish in the World Devotion to My Immaculate Heart. If what I say to you is done, many souls will be saved and there will be peace.
Mary asked us to pray the Rosary every day and to offer sacrifices for the conversion of sinners. She requested that on the first Saturday of 5 consecutive months we go to confession, receive communion and pray the Rosary in reparation for the sins against Her Immaculate Heart. Prior to the Communist Revolution she warned that Russia would spread Marxist ideology throughout the world causing much harm. But that if the Holy Father would consecrate Russia to her Immaculate Heart and if we would heed her requests, in the end Her Immaculate Heart would triumph and there would be an era of peace. The 3rd part of the Secret of Fatima is a warning of what the world will look like if we don’t answer the call of our Mother. Have we done our part? Have we consecrated ourselves to her Heart, do we pray the Rosary every day; are we offering sacrifices for the conversion of sinners and are we practicing First Saturday’s? What the future becomes is up to us.

Most people have never heard of the fully approved apparition of Our Lady of the Rosary in San Nicolas, Argentina where Mary appeared from 1980 until now.
May 13, 1989, …as previously in Fatima, today my visits are renewed on Earth. They are more frequent and more prolonged because humanity is passing through very dramatic times. Has man not understood that he must be uniquely at the service of God? If he resists, he soul will be lost. Mary hearts do not accept my invitation to prayer and conversion. That is why the work of the devil is growing and expanding. My dear children, it is only through prayer and conversion that you will return to God. May he not find your hearts dry.
“The weapon that has the greatest influence on evil is to say the Rosary." On April 10, 1986 the visionary reported she saw an enormous crown of white rosaries. Then Mary, the Mother of God said to her: You see this crown because this is what I want you to do, create a real crown of rosaries. Pray my daughter pray. How many mouths remain silent, still without even knowing a single prayer which may bring them close to the Lord! The Holy Rosary is the weapon which the enemy fears. It is also the refuge of those who look for relief for their sufferings, and it is the door to enter into my heart. Glory to the Lord for the Light which He gives the world.

Medjugorje
The reported apparitions of Mary, the Mother of God, to six visionaries in Medjugorje, Bosnia-Hercegovina, beginning June 24, 1981 and continuing to this very day
The Church has not rendered a final decision on these apparitions because they continue, and the Church must wait for their conclusion.
However, on May 12, 2019, the Vatican officially authorized pilgrimage to Medjugorje and designated the parish church of St. James in Medjugorje a pontifical shrine under the oversight of the Vatican.
The essence of the Message of Medjugorje is conversion:
“It will be too late when the sign comes. Beforehand, several warnings will be given to the world. Have people hurry to be converted. I need your prayers and your penance…The only thing that I would want to tell you is be converted. Make that known to all my children as quickly as possible. No pain, no suffering is too great to me to save you…You cannot imagine what is going to happen nor what the Eternal Father will send to earth. That is why you must be converted.”

The Problem in the world is not political or economic. The problems is that we have forgotten God. Mary comes to remind us that God is real and to turn back to Him. She asks of us:
What has Mary asked us to do?
1. Consecration to Mary: “God wishes to establish in the world devotion to my Immaculate Heart.”
2. Conversion and Confession
a. We give Satan power when we sin
b. Turn away from sin with the help of Reconciliation
3. Prayer: “Pray the Rosary every day.”
4. Sacrifice and Fasting – Bread and Water on Wed’s and Fri’
a. 2/25/21 Live this time of grace and be witnesses of hope, because I repeat to you, little children, that with prayer and fasting also wars can be suppressed.
